KTR® ECO
Recycled Film r-Pet for Hybrid Printers
Coveme has launched on the market its Kemafoil® KTR® ECO products for digital printing systems.
These products contain 70% recycled polyester (rPET), which comes from PET that at the end of its life cycle is depolymerized to become polyester film (rPET) again. The rPET has the same mechanical and chemical, shrinkage and transparency properties as virgin Pet. Furthermore, the KTR® ECO product range is free of formaldehyde, chromium and phthalates.
Kemafoil KTR® ECO films are suitable for different digital printers such as Laser dry toner, Indigo, Latex and Direct to Film (DTF). KTR® ECO films are suitable for hybrid transfer print where firstly the image is digitally printed on a release carrier, then a white backing is screen printed and finally a thermoadhesive applied.
